ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.12 of 2014 of Hayathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of Essential Commidities Act, against him.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Admittedly, the crime is of the year 2014 and no interim orders are passed in the matter. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief in this criminal petition.

3. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
