This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by the appellant-claimant against the award and decree dated 07/04/2005 passed in OP.No. 161 of 2002 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-V-Additional District Judge, [III-Fast Track Court], Nalgonda at Miryalguda.

2. When the matter was posted on 18/4/2017, there was no representation for both parties. Today also, there is no representation for both parties. It appears that the appellant-Insurance Company has no interest to pursue the appeal.

3. Hence, MACMA is dismissed for default. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this MACMA shall stands disposed of.
