Learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned standing counsel appearing for respondent corporation fairly submitted that this contempt case is filed against interim order dated 31.12.2015 in WPMP No. 55108 of 2015 in WP No. 42734 of 2015, whereas the writ petition itself was finally disposed of and thereafter Government took a decision to extend the age of superannuation from 58 years to 60 years and in view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt case.
