Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.2 herein on 11.09.2017 but no action has been taken by respondent No.2 and in view of the same, the petitioner herein is sustaining irreparable loss and hardship. 3.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 that if any such representation is pending with respondent No.2, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed strictly in accordance with law after giving notice to all the stakeholders. 4.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to verify the representation, dated 11.09.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law after giving notice to all the stakeholders as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
