HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.18615 of 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of respondents 5 and 6 in harassing the petitioner by calling him to the police station and interfering with his personal liberty, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of one Dabba Nandhini a case in Cr.No.48 of 2018 was registered against the petitioner on 26-05-2018. As the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation, the 6th respondent-police will issue notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and during the course of investigation, the petitioner was called to the police station to cooperate with the investigation. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. The respondents are obligated to follow the procedure as laid down in Arnesh Kumar Vs State of Bihar1. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
