This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the Orders of the 2nd respondent, dated 28.12.2009 and further orders dated 05.01.2010 as arbitrary and illegal, and without jurisdiction.

At the time of hearing, Sri K. Kirthi Teja, representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore sought for dismissal of the same.
