It is represented by the counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, that the main maintenance case itself is already disposed of. Therefore, no further cause would survive in the present petition.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed.

However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue the remedies available to him under law against the said final orders passed in the main maintenance case. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
