Mr. Venkata Raghu Mannepalli, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to the Power of Attorney Holder, the deponent of the writ affidavit, to take appropriate steps.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Granting liberty, as sought, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
