(Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) Aggrieved by the order dated 28.09.2012 in Original Suit No.21 of 2012 on the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, the Appeal Suit is preferred. A.S.M.P. No.87 of 2015 is filed praying to record compromise and close the appeal in pursuance of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) enclosed therewith.

Both the appellant and the respondent are present. They are identified by their respective counsel. They produced documents in proof of their identity. When the terms of the MoU have been read over and explained to them in Telugu, they admitted the contents therein to be true and correct and stated that they have voluntarily entered into the compromise without any threat, coercion or promise. So, we accept the compromise entered into between the parties.

Accordingly, A.S.M.P. No.87 of 2015 is ordered and the appeal is allowed in terms of the MoU filed along with the compromise petition. The MoU shall form part of this judgment and a copy of the same shall be annexed to the decree. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
