THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.21848 OF 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is that the 5th respondent without there being any notice directed the daily market vegetable retail vendors, Kamareddy Municipality, to shift their business to the new premises i.e., Agricultural Market Community Compound wall on the ground that daily market vegetable retail vendors business in the old premises is obstructing the free flow of traffic in that area. In respect of the same, the petitioners submitted a representation dated 21.09.2019 to the 3rd respondent. But so far, no action has been taken by the respondent on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for respondents. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 21.09.2019 of the petitioners and communicate the decision to the petitioners within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
