O R D E R

The insurance company filed the present appeal assailing the order passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (District Court), Rangareddy District at L.B. Nagar in MVOP.No.718 of 2006 dated 31.12.2007.

During pendency of appeal, at request of parties, matter was referred to Lok Adalat, and both the parties have entered into settlement and award dated 08.07.2017 was passed. The said award shall form part of this order. The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the award dated 08.07.2017 passed by the High Court Lok Adalat. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
