THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.26907 OF 2017 ORDER:

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is that the representation dated 19.06.2017 submitted by the petitioner to the District Collector, Chittoor District, is not acted upon. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the representation is submitted to the District Collector and that the District Collector is not the competent and only the Principal Secretary is competent, the petitioner may be granted liberty to submit application to the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit application to the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, and as and when such application is submitted, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision, as warranted in law, shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of submission of such application by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
