HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 963 OF 2015

PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to the appellant to file revision before the revisional authority under Section 9 of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short, "the Act"). He seeks direction to the revisional authority to dispose of the revision within time frame.

Writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the appellant, as per the impugned order, dated 20.07.2015, to file revision under Section 9 of the Act within a period of four week from today. If the revision is filed within the stipulated time, the revisional authority shall hear and decide the same on merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of the revision.
