THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 6099 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in not registering a crime in spite of the complaint, dated 01.02.2017, lodged by the petitioner. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 01.02.2017, a case in Crime No.66 of 2017 was registered by respondent No.3 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C. and investigation is under progress. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
