THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1357 OF 2019 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of the order dated 02.11.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.39578 of 2018.

While considering the grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposed of the aforesaid writ petition with the direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner in Form VI(A) within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent passed an order dated 25.03.2019 after considering the objections filed by the third parties.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid order is not in accordance with law, the fact that the petitioner is claiming right on account of demise of his father and the contempt jurisdiction being limited, leaving it open to the petitioner to workout his remedies against the order dated 25.03.2019, the contempt case is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
