ORDER:
This writ petition is preferred challenging the orders of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Hyderabad dated 28-8-1995 in I.D.No.240 of 1994. Petitioner herein contended that the Industrial Tribunal-Cum-Labour Court, Hyderabad directed petitioner to fix the pay scales of respondents 2 to 4 herein as per G.O.Ms.No.2047 and pay the arrears from 10-9-1985.
It is contended that the order of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Hyderabad is illegal and opposed to provisions of Industrial Disputes Act. Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation representing writ petitioner submitted that the Department has implemented the directions of the Industrial Tribunalcum-Labour Court as there was no stay granted in this writ petition and as on today, some of the employees died and some of them have already been appointed on compassionate grounds and the cause does not survive. In view of the submission of learned Government Pleader for Irrigation, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
As a sequel to the disposal of this writ petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
