ORAL ORDER:
Petitioner is a trained graduate teacher working in Government Residential School for Deaf, Miryalguda, consequent to proceedings of transfer dated 22.7.2015. Recently Government relaxed ban on transfers and has taken up transfers of employees and detailed guidelines were formulated vide G O Ms No. 61 dated 24.5.2018. In terms of the transfer guidelines, petitioner claims to have made a request to transfer and post her at Hyderabad on the ground that her mother is old and taking treatment at Hyderabad. While so, this writ petition is filed even before the transfer process is taken up apprehending that her request may not be considered. It is further stated that on 2.6.2018 petitioner submitted a representation and the same has not been considered.
As noted above, the transfer exercise is not taken up so far and it cannot be said that at this stage application submitted by the petitioner for transfer to choice of posting would not be considered by respondents warranting interference by this Court. Writ petition is premature and accordingly dismissed leaving it open to petitioner to workout remedies available to her as and when cause arises. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
