THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.ABHISHEK REDDY Contempt Case No.1086 of 2022 ORDER:

Alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 02.03.2021 passed by this Court in W.P. No.7123 of 2021, the present Contempt Case is filed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, has stated that except the petitioners No.1, 3, 8 and 9, rest of the petitioners have already been paid the compensation amount and an order has been passed to that effect. In respect of petitioners No.1, 3, 8 and 9, they have also been put on notice but they have not turned up for receiving the compensation amount.

Having regard to the same, the Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioners No.1, 3, 8 and 9 to approach the competent authority for receipt of the compensation amount, as directed by this Court.
