THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. CHANDRAIAH AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No. 2608 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Chandraiah) This writ petition is filed for a writ of certiorari seeking the following reliefs:

(a) to call for records relating to and connected with the impugned orders dated 19.11.2009 made in OA No.2612 of 2006 along with VMA No.1036 and 1095 of 2006 and to quash the same;

(b) to direct the respondents not to alter the date of regularisation of the petitioner from 11.12.1996 to 03.12.1995 in compliance of the orders passed by the Hon'ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal in OA No.2612 of 2006, dated 19.11.2009; and (c) to direct the respondents to treat the petitioner whohas been regularised as Assistant Hydrogeologist with effect from 03.12.1995 and consider his case for further promotion with all consequential benefits.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for both sides submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.27371 of 2015, dated 08.09.2015.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the orders passed in W.P.No.27371 of 2015, dated 08.09.2015. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________________ G. CHANDRAIAH, J
