HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2788 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. The police of Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad, are directed to complete the investigation expeditiously. However, during the course of investigation, the Police shall strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C towards petitioner/A1. The petitioner/A1 is directed to cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
