Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents on representations dated 29.10.2013 and 05.02.2014 made by the petitioners in furnishing the certified copy of ROR proceedings vide ROR/ 4715/ 1989 and ROR/ 193/ 1989, extract 1A and 1B Register pertaining to land in Survey No.104 of Kokapet Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary'. 4.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider the applications dated 29.10.2013 and 05.02.2014 made for furnishing certified copies of ROR and extract of 1A and 1B Register pertaining to land in Survey No.104 of Kokapet Village.

Having regard to the above and without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondentauthorities to consider the application dated 05.02.2014 seeking to furnish the certified copy of ROR proceedings and other documents, if it is still pending consideration, in accordance with law after hearing all concerned.
