THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9214 OF 2017 ORDER:

There is no even part II CD filed to go into the merits of the matter and in the charge sheet filed, the petitioner among others particularly A14 to A19 shown in abscondence since crime stage and the court issued N.B.W. and the offences are non-bailable. The petitioner cannot simply ask for recall of N.B.W. but for remedy of availing bail if any by approaching the concerned court.

Having regard to the above, by left open all available defenses for nothing to keep the application pending, this criminal petition is disposed of, with the above observations. 3.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
