This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 31.10.2012 in I.A.No.885 of 2012 in O.S.No.1690 of 2004 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nellore.

As per the office note, O.S.No.1690 of 2004 itself was disposed of on 22.02.2013.

In view of the office note, the purpose of filing this revision petition has become infructuous.
