Heard Sri N.Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 4-Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-Corporation that the impugned proceedings No.1/ HO/ 00083/ 2017/ 374, dated 12-10-2017 may be directed to be treated as a show-cause notice and the petitioner herein may be permitted to file an explanation to the said show-cause notice and if any such explanation is filed, the same will be verified and appropriate further action will be taken strictly in accordance with law. The said statement is placed on record. Whereas, the contention of the petitioner is that without being preceded by any show cause notice, the impugned order came to be passed. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of, directing the impugned proceedings No. No.1/ HO/ 00083/ 2017/ 374, dated 12-10-2017 be treated as a show-cause notice and the petitioner herein is permitted to submit his explanation to the same within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such explanation is submitted, the same be considered and appropriate orders

be taken strictly in accordance with law. It is also made clear that if no such explanation is offered within the time stipulated, this order will not enure to the benefit of the petitioner herein. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
