This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience and violation of the order dated 31-01-2014 in W.P.No.3299 of 2012 whereby this court directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V. R. Padala, learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the order dated 3101-2014 in W.P.No.3299 of 2012 has been complied with and necessary consequential proceedings have been issued reinstating the petitioner as fair price shop dealer for the subject shop and nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt case, for which learned standing counsel for the respondents has not disputed.

Recording the said submission, the contempt case is

closed. No costs.
