This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in failing to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.07.2016.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, FIR No.1 of 2017 was registered on 25.01.2017.

In the circumstances, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition, and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
