This petition is filed under Section 24 read with 151 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.15 of 2018 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Jangaon and transfer the same to the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Karimnagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to file a fresh transfer petition and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
