THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.18733 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondent nos.1, 2 and 4; the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent nos.3 and 5; and Sri G. Narender Reddy, counsel for 6th respondent. 2.

The petitioner's grievance is that the respondents are not forming a new Gram Panchayat comprising of Dharmaram Hamlet of Hajipur Gram Panchayat and Mandal, in spite of the said Hamlet fulfilling all the norms prescribed for the said purpose. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj as well as other counsel state that if the petitioner makes a representation to respondent nos.2 and 3 about their grievance, the respondent nos.2 and 3 will consider the same and communicate their decision to petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a representation to respondent nos.2 and 3 about their grievance and upon receipt of such representation, the respondent nos.2 and 3 shall consider the same and communicate their decision to petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No order as to costs.
