Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Contempt Case with liberty to file appropriate petition before the appropriate forum.

Permission with liberty as prayed is granted. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
