Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition is filed for payment of encashment of leave salary for 211 days as per the guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission and that during the pendency of the writ petition, the amount is paid to the petitioner and that no further orders are required to be passed. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
