Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for R.1 and Sri P.Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for R.2. The material available on record discloses that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 15.03.2018, but no action has been taken on the said representation so far on the said representation by the 2nd respondent.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.2 to verify the representation, dated 15.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, after issuing notices to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible.
