THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.18878 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S.Laxminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GVMC. The apprehension of the petitioners, in the present Writ Petition, is that the second respondent authorities will dispossess the petitioners herein without releasing the beneficiaries' list under the Prime Minister Awaz Yojana Scheme.

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the list of beneficiaries prepared by the Urban Development Wing of the second respondent-GVMC. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the said list contains the names of the petitioners herein at S.Nos.125, 126, 127, 128, 15, 117 and 122 respectively. A copy of the said list is placed on record and the statement of the learned Standing Counsel is recorded. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
