HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 863 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 4.10.2007 passed by the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, in I.A.No. 1338 of 2007 in O.S.No. 1180 of 2007.

As seen from the record, the information pertaining to the status of the case revealed that O.S.No. 1180 of 2007 was disposed of on 25.06.2013.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
