Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.
Petitioner applied for conducting of survey of land to an extent of Ac.5-93 guntas in Sy.No.263 of Gopanpalli Village, Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy Disrict. A copy of F-line application made through TS Online is filed as Ex.P.2. Alleging that even though such application was made on 17.4.2019, so far no steps are taken to conduct survey, this writ petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government pleader produced copy of Memo No.MS/97/2019 dated 11.05.2019 whereunder the request of petitioner to conduct survey is rejected by marking objection Nos.1 and 10.

At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said Memo was not served on the petitioner. A copy of the Memo is furnished to learned counsel for petitioner. 5.
Since a decision is already made, the prayer in the writ petition cannot be granted. However, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, if so advised, aggrieved by the decision of Deputy Collector & Tahsildar dated 11.05.2019, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
