I.A. No. 1 of 2018 has been taken out to close the Company Petition as infructuous as per the memorandum of compromise dated 24.07.2018 entered into between the parties. It is represented by both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent that the dispute has been settled and to that effect, the memo dated 24.07.2018 has been filed into the Court.

In that view of the matter, since there are no other creditors to the respondent company, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, I.A.No. 1 of 2018 is allowed.
