HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5740 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

Perused the impugned order dated 14.10.2016 in I.A.No.11 of 2016 in O.P.No.6 of 2013 passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Nakrekal, Nalgonda District. The very order of the lower Court in para No.6 is very clear that any objection as to the admissibility of the documents be gone into and decide at the final disposal of the main petition. Once such is the observation in tune to the settled law, for this Court but for clarifying the same, there is nothing to interfere. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
