Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1-37 guntas in Sy.No.601 and Ac.2-03 guntas in Sy.No.622/52 of Azamnagar Village, Bhupalpally Mandal, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District. While so, one Kanuganti Komaraiah, illegally obtained passbooks in respect of above lands. Having come to know of the same, petitioner preferred appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer3rd respondent. The same was allowed directing cancellation of pass books issued in favour of Kanuganti Komaraiah and directed the Tahsildar-4th respondent to delete the name of Kanuganti Komaraiah and restore the name of petitioner. Aggrieved by the order of 3rd respondent, Kanuganti Komaraiah preferred Revision before the Joint Collector-2nd respondent and the same was dismissed. Pursuant to the order of 2nd respondent petitioner made an application on 06.09.2018 to the 4th respondent for issuance of pattadar pass books in his favour. But so far the same was not issued. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

As per the procedure evolved by the respondent authorities, for mutation of names in the revenue records and issuance of pattdar pass books, the application has to be made in Form VI-A through online web portal. Apparently, petitioner has not

- 3 - submitted such application. Therefore, it cannot be said that the respondent authorities are not acting on the application of the petitioner.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to file an application in prescribed proforma seeking issuance of pattadar pass books the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
