THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11018 of 2016 ORDER:
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner is not being issued pattadar pass book and title deed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 by 4th respondent although the petitioner had made an application for the same.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that if the petitioner makes an application in Form No.6A to the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent will consider and pass orders thereon within four weeks from the date of submission of application by petitioner. 3.
In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application in Form No.6A to 4th respondent and on submission of application by petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law within four (04) weeks from the date of submission of application by petitioner. No costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
