HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 945 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 4.06.2007 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, in I.A.No. 2735 of 2006 in O.S.No. 2737 of 2006.

As seen from the record, the information pertaining to the status of the case revealed that O.S.No. 2737 of 2006 was disposed of on 31.8.2015.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
