HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Civil Revision Petition No.5760 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the orders dated 01.09.2013 passed in IA No.996 of 2015 in OA No.454 of 2015 on the file of the Telangana Endowments Tribunal at Hyderabad.

2. At the time of arguments, both counsel submitted that the issue involved in this matter is identical to the orders passed by this court in CRP No.5547 of 2016 dated 08.11.2016, wherein this court dismissed the revision holding that it is devoid of merit. The copy of the order is placed on record.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, following the orders passed by this court in CRP No.5547 of 2016 dated 08.11.2016, this revision petition is also dismissed. No order as to costs.
