The present appeal came to be filed challenging the order dated 30.11.2005 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Kavali in O.P.No. 56 of 2003 whereby the petition filed by the wife for restitution of conjugal rights was allowed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that as on today both the appellant and the respondent are living together. Hence no orders are necessary to be passed in this appeal which is accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
