THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. SURENDER CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1132 of 2010 ORDER:

Challenge in this Criminal Revision Case is the order dated 03.05.2010 rendered by the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad, in Maintenance Case No.31 of 2009.

None appears for the parties.

The petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case. Further, the order in question was passed on 03.05.2010. Unless the petitioner prosecutes his case diligently, the cases cannot be kept pending, for the said reason the criminal petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision is dismissed for nonprosecution. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh application, in case the cause survives.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
