Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 02-01-2013, in WP.No.31158 of 2011, by the respondents.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj (TS), placed before the Court G.O.Rt.No.482 Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (Prog.I) Department, dated 30-072015, whereunder respondent No.4 has sanctioned a sum of Rs.1,16,44,000/- under MRR Grant for the year 2015-2016 towards payment of compensation to the farmers in connection with the acquisition of land admeasuring Acs.14.47 cents in Survey Nos.85 and 86 of Venkatadripalem Village and

Survey Nos.384, 410, 411, 412 and 415 of Chintapally Village, for formation of road from "Venkatadripalem to Dilavarpur via Chinthapally Villages".

The learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition (TS) and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj (TS) have requested for three months'

time to complete the entire acquisition process.

In the light of the above, the Contempt Case is closed directing the respondents to complete the acquisition process within three months, failing which, the petitioners are entitled to file an application for restoration of the Contempt Case. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 14th August, 2015 LUR
