THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.16272 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in calling for Tender Notification Nos.RC.No.31/Clothing-1/2010, RC.No.32/Clothing-1/2010, RC.No.33/Clothing-1/2010 and RC.No.34/Clothing-1/2010 dated 30.06.2010 as null and void as they are illegal, bias, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14 and 19(1) and (g) of the Constitution of India." This Court by order dated 16.07.2010 directed respondent No. 3 to procure the material pursuant to tender Notification Nos.RC.31/Clothing-1/2010, RC.32/Clothing-1/2010, RC.33/Clothing-1/2010 and RC.34/Clothing-1/2010, dated 30-062010, strictly in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.437, Industries & Commerce (SSI) Department, dated 05.09.1983.

In view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary and recording the same this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
