This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 & A2 under section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge them on bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No. 120 of 2016 of Zaffergadh Police Station, Warangal district, registered for the offences under section 452, 332, 504, 290, 506 read with section 34 of IPC.

2. Sri P.Devender, learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 & A2 seek permission of this Court to withdraw the above criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
