THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.30465 OF 2010 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the Annual Grade Increments w.e.f. 01.04.2008 onwards to the petitioners on par with others for the period they worked on contract basis in terms of the committee recommendation dated 25.06.2010, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioners represented that in pursuance to the interim order passed by this Court on 21.03.2001 directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 16.09.2010 and 16.11.2010 for release of the Annual Grade Increments, the respondents have considered the same and released the Annual Grade Increments and states that no further orders are required.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of interms of the interim order passed by this Court on 21.03.2011. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 18.11.2016 dv
