Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.10.07.2015 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the civil revision petition in view of the settlement reached between the parties. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
