Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for the 1st respondent and learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Public Service Commission appearing for the 2nd respondent. 2.

Petitioner claim that she participated in the recruitment process for the post of Librarian (School) in Residential Educational Institutions Societies (General Recruitment).

According to petitioner, due to wrong bubbling of Hall Ticket number in O.M.R. Sheet, her answer sheet was not evaluated. Aggrieved by non-evaluation of the answer sheet, the petitioner made representation dated 25.05.2018.

However, the 2nd respondent has not taken any decision so far. Hence, the Writ Petition.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by learned counsel for the parties that the subject matter of the Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch, dated 30.11.2017. 4.

Considering the earlier judgment of this Court in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch, dated 30.11.2017, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 25.05.2018 filed by the petitioner in terms of the judgment referred to above and take appropriate

decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
