HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 137 OF 2007 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 20.11.2006 passed by the II Additional District Judge, Rangareddy District, in I.A. No.1889 of 2005 in O.S. No.30 of 2004.

On verification, it is learnt that the suit is not pending in the court below.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
