HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.18815 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner apprehending dispossession has filed the instant writ petition.

According to 3rd respondent, the petitioner is purchaser of small extent of assigned land.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the writ petition is filed without cause of action. Secondly, the 3rd respondent if intends to resume possession of assigned land, the same will be in accordance with law.

In view of the statement made by the Assistant Government Pleader, no further order is necessary.
